Job Description:
As a Boat Tour Guide at Diverse Boat Rentals & Tours, you will be responsible for providing engaging and informative commentary during boat tours, driving sightseeing vehicles, and describing points of interest to guests. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of the local area and create memorable experiences for guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging commentaries during boat tours.
- Develop informative commentaries about the local area and points of interest.
- Drive sightseeing or tour vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Describe points of interest, answer questions, and provide information to guests.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests throughout the tour.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour vehicles and equipment.
Skills Acquired:
- Enhanced public speaking and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local history, geography, and points of interest.
- Proficiency in providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in driving sightseeing vehicles and ensuring guest safety.
- Ability to adapt to changing tour itineraries and guest preferences.
